Athletes will receive:

• 1 on 1 instruction or small group setting instruction
• Arm care techniques
• Softball-specific warm-up techniques
• Valuable softball IQ
• Defensive and situational strategy
• Softball metrics
• Lunch provided
• College coaches recruiting during live play
• Camp T-shirt

What to Bring

Water bottles, personal equipment (glove, bat, helmet), and catchers should bring their own gear. Helmets are required!

What to Wear

Athletic / practice attire, softball pants, cleats

Players will need to register for one of these positions for registration:

8:30 AM - 8:55 AM | Camp Check In at Friendship Sportsplex
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM | Specialized Warm-up, Mobility, and Ryzer Metrics
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Arm Care Routine + Throwing Progressions
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM | Defensive Drills + Situations
12:30 PM - 1:15 PM | Lunch
1:15 PM - 4:00 PM | Bownet Warm-up & Live Play
4:00 PM | Camp Dismissal at Friendship Sportsplex
