Over the course of the camp, you'll train like a Wildcat and dive deep into every aspect of the game, including:
- Pitching & Catching Fundamentals
- Defensive Skills & Footwork
- Swing Mechanics & Mental Approach to Hitting

- Nutrition for Peak Performance
What to Bring
Water bottles, personal equipment (glove, bat, helmet), and catchers should bring their own gear. Helmets are required!
